Warranty & Return Policy

Returns (Within 1 Month)
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the day you receive the machine. If more than 30 days have passed since your receiving date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be packed in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Free Replacement (Within 1 year)

If your product is found to be manufacturing defective within 6 months of purchase, we will provide a free replacement machine. Please contact our support team with your order number and product photos. Shipping instructions will be provided after approval.

Free Repair (Within 2 Years)

All products are covered by a 2-year free repair warranty for manufacturing defects. If your product requires repair within this period, we will service it free of charge. Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us; return shipping of the repaired product will be covered by us.

Exclusions

• Personalized or customized goods and gift cards cannot be returned.
• Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
• Promotional gifts must be returned along with the product; otherwise, their retail value will be deducted from the refund.
• All accessories such as filter, nasal oxygen cannula, are not covered by warranty. We ensure the quality of these accessories before ship.
  
  

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only provided for defective items within the 1-year replacement period.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
