Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns (Within 30 Days)

  • You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To qualify, items must be:

    In new condition
    In the original packaging
    With proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Free Replacement (Within 1 Year)

  • If your product has a manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase, we will send you a free replacement.
  • Please email service@hidgeemoxygen.com with:
    Your order number
    Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Important Notes

  • Items not meeting our return requirements (e.g., damaged, missing packaging/tags) may be refused.
  • Promotional gifts must be returned as well; otherwise, their retail value will be deducted from the refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
  • The exact date the funds appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card provider’s processing speed.
  • If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank/credit card company first, then reach us at service@hidgeemoxygen.com.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged due to our error.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us via our Contact Us page or email.

6. Gifts

  • If marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.
  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

7. How to Start a Return

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the product
  3. We’ll send you the return shipping address and instructions

8. Paid Repair Service

If the product is damaged due to improper use rather than a manufacturing defect, we offer a paid repair service.

  • Customers will only be charged for the material cost of the damaged parts.
  • Shipping costs for returning the product are the customer’s responsibility.
